CultureGrams States Edition: Data Tables

In addition to the traditional categories of population, area, and average age, the CultureGrams States Edition data tables include several unique categories of interest to younger students. Have you ever wondered what the most popular baby names are in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia? How about the percentage of grandparents who are responsible for their grandchildren on a daily basis or the number of children with both parents working? We’ve got literacy rates by state, the percentage of children living in poverty, as well as the total population under 18 years old. All of these fascinating categories and more are also available for selection and comparison in our handy Create-Your-Own Tables and Creat-Your-Own Graphs sections.
